The emphasis is on local, farm fresh, seasonal, organic ingredients. The Italian cuisine is from the Ligurian town Genova. Pesto, Focaccia al Formaggio, Pasta del Quartino are the signature dishes. All wines are served by the bottle or in the typical wine carafe "quartino". The majority of wines are organic and are marked s such on the wine list. Very mellow and casual, excellent organic pasta salad and pizza, my favorite are gnocchi with pesto, fava bean salad with pecorino and pasta del quartino. the organic wines fro trentino are superb. I loved the word burning fireplace nd the winter garden.
